This Policy applies to the YaboDrama Apps, websites, and related services and content (collectively, “YaboDrama”) or “Service”) provided by us. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and sharing of your personal data (as defined below) in connection with YaboDrama, and sets forth your choices and rights with respect to such personal data. For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy does not apply to other products or services that display or reference a different privacy policy.

2. Age Restrictions

YaboDrama is not developed for children. This Platform is not directed at children under the age of 12 or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction. Users between 12 and 18 (each a “Teen”) may not access or use the Service unless

a) Both the Teen and their parent or legal guardian have first agreed to these Terms of Service

b) The Teen uses an account established by their parent or legal guardian, under such parent or guardian’s supervision, and with such parent or guardian’s permission. If you permit a Teen to use the Services, you hereby agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of both yourself and the Teen. You further agree that you are solely responsible for any and all use of the Service by your Teen regardless of whether such use was authorized by you.

3. Types of Personal Data We Collect

The type of data that we collect and process is dependent on how you use YaboDrama. Even if you don't have an account, if you use YaboDrama, we'll be able to collect some data about you.

The data we collect and process as follows:

1) Your Operation and Data you provide

On YaboDrama, you can watch video, and purchase coins for charged chapters and so on. We will collect the operation that you may perform on YaboDrama and the data you provide, such as:

• the type of content that you watch

• the application and function you use, and your operation during this;

• the purchase or other transactions you do

• the time, frequency, and duration of your operation.

Data under special protection

You can choose to provide data about your age, gender, address, and email address. These and some other types of data may be specially protected under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2）Application, Browser and Device Data

We will collect and receive data about the different devices you use and how you use these devices, and the data that comes from these devices.

YaboDrama uses your data to fulfill the contract between us and you, enable our services, process your transactions, communicate with you, and comply with the law. Help us detect any misuse, fraud, and illegal activities on YaboDrama.

Analyze which functions or operations have been adopted in our services to improve your experience.

Verifying through the payment process whether parents and guardians agree with the minor's use of YaboDrama.

To facilitate your purchase on our service and verify your real name for the creation of your payment account.

· Use a third-party payment platform to process your payment.

· Measure and understand the effectiveness of the advertisements we provide for you and others, and provide targeted advertisements.

· Implement our terms, conditions, and policies, and fulfill our legal obligations.

Comply with your permissions and provide you with personalized services, such as advertisements and other localized content.

For any of the above purposes, combine all the information we have collected or received about you.

5. Data Sharing

Unless otherwise specified in this privacy policy or your approval, we will not share your personal data.

1）Service provider

We engage other companies and individuals to provide services to us for any purpose described in this policy, such as cloud storage providers, payment card processing, and verification. • Verify log-in data.

• Track traffic flow and patterns of travel in connection with the Services.

9. Data Management or Deleting and Your Rights Exercising

Sometimes, only closing your account will satisfy your request.

You can delete your account, and you should understand that after deleting your account, you will lose access to or use all or part of the YaboDrama.

However, if we have other valid legal grounds (for example, to defend a legal claim or other protection), we may process your personal data. You can delete your account, and you should understand that after deleting your account, you will lose access to or use all or part of the YaboDrama.

10. Data retention

We will retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services to you. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your personal data to provide services to you, please contact us. Notwithstanding the above, we will retain and use your information as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

11. Links from third-party advertisers and other platforms

YaboDrama allows other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within YaboDrama’s Platform. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send the advertisements and links that appear on YaboDrama directly to you. They automatically receive your IP address when the advertising happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure their advertisements’ effectiveness and personalize the advertising content you see.

YaboDrama does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out.

You should consult these third-party ad servers or ad networks’ respective privacy policies for more information on their practices and instructions on how to opt-out of certain practices. YaboDrama privacy policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or websites. Any data obtained by third-party ad servers subsequently shared with YaboDrama is maintained and dealt with by YaboDrama under this privacy policy.

12. Changes of this policy

We may occasionally change this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our information practices (the "Updated Policy"). We will not reduce your rights under any updates to this policy without your explicit consent, and we will always indicate the date of the last change.

We may not be able to provide you with advance notice of changes we make to this policy to comply with security, legal, or regulatory requirements. If we deem any changes to this policy to be reasonably material, such as changes in the purpose of personal data processing that are inconsistent with the purpose for which the data was originally collected, we will (where reasonably feasible) notify you via inbox message or by posting the changes on our website.
